General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time we process your order, you will be notified and we reserved the rights to refund you for the item that is not in stock between 14 working days.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia. Any deliveries outside of Malaysia and to P.O. Boxes are not available.

Delivery Time

Estimate delivery time for products that are in stock are 7-10 working days between West Malaysia and 21 working days between East Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive seasons/ new academic year purchasing.

For items that are pre-order, the estimate delivery time for the products are 8-10 working weeks subject to the availability of stock from the publisher.

Your order may also be delivered in different shipments & time due to the availability of the items.

Delivery Method

Our standard delivery method would be by courier service (Ninja Van). However, we may use different delivery methods during the peak season (End of the year/New academic year purchasing).

Standard Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping costs is as per below:

Klang Valley**

Shipping fee = RM15.00

** Klang Valley includes Rawang, Sungai Buloh, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kajang, Klang and Semenyih, excluding Pelaburan Klang, Banting & Kapar.

Outside Klang Valley

Shipping fee - RM25.00

West Malaysia

Shipping fee - RM35.00

East Malaysia:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimension and destination.

If you request to use express services such as Lalamove/ Grab Delivery and etc, the shipping charges will be (your) the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items in Transport

Contact us immediately at our website’s chat box or via email at [email protected] to report the damaged items. Please include an image of the damaged items, your order ID/number, your name and contact number.

We will not entertain any claims for damage, short supply, wrong supply, exchange of items or wrongly purchased item, that were reported to us after 21 days from the date of purchase.
